Is it possible to recover a stack after accepting a change suggestion on a PR? Graphite got all confused and it messed up the tracking of the branches in the stack. I cant even manually fix the tracking because the list of available branches to choose as a parent branch doesn't include the actual parent branch.

Hey Tomas! Do you mind DMing me a PR from the stack? Trying to understand what happened When you say accepting a change, do you mean committing a suggested change? Or did you push a new commit to a PR in the stack?

Hey Pranathi 👋 I can't share a PR with you since it's in my company's private repo. My memory is a bit hazy at this point but here goes. I had a stack of 6 PRs open on Github. My colleague left a review on PR #3 or #4 and included comment with a suggested change, which I merged into the branch. Then when I ran
gt sync
, Graphite couldn't complete it and suggested I ran
gt get
on the branch it got stuck on. When I switched to that branch annd tried running
gt get
, I think Graphite complained that it could only perform that command on tracked branches. When I tried connecting the branches up again, I couldn't because the correct parent branch didn't show up in the autocomplete list that you get when running
gt track
.

Ah thanks for the clarification - this definitely helps! @Alyssa Baum might know what happened here
