Yeah, I've been ruminating on improving track in general with more control — but for this case in particular i'm not sure if we want to open the selector from any branch because I want to give folks the opportunity to change the start commit and parent of a branch interactively even if its already tracked. Might make sense from trunk though.

yeah, from trunk is the main case I'm thinking of

mainly what I want is to not need to remember the command for listing branches

I only need to do this when I steal someone else's branch who doesn't use Graphite
