09/24/2023, 3:41 PMSorry you’re running into this - it should be almost instant with only 2 PRs in the queue (depending on your CI time) if everything is configured and working properly. For clarity, the merge queue only handles PRs in the repo you’ve set it up for - it’s not shared with any other repo.
How big is the team working in the repo you enabled it for? Is everyone else using the Graphite merge queue as well?
