I.e. if someone would update the template, would the change get propagated to all users? FWIW I think "propagate changes" would be nice as a default – people sometimes don't notice / introduce improvements, unless they're pushed to them.

09/19/2023, 8:06 PMLove the new sections so far! Impressive that you can get such detailed classification of PRs without Phabricator's dropdown of "request changes" "plan changes" "re-request review", etc. Hope it'll work well in practice 🙂
