I used to run `gt stack submit --select` to only submit specific branches of a stack, but this appears to no longer be an option on `submit`. This saved on needless CI runs because we run on each change/push. Is there a new way to do this?

we always validate that everything downstack is up to date, so does `gt downstack submit` solve this for you?

I don't think there are any cases where you'd need `select` given `downstack submit` but I could be wrong

I had the same issue but I couldn't find it until I put in double quotes `"--select"` in search. Thanks!
