You're one of the first to ask for it! We defiinitely plan to add it down the line, it wasn't included with the initial rollout because generally folks don't change their commit messages from the default.

Good to know! I typically don't like the idea of immortalizing my pull request descriptions in commit messages, so I trim them down to just plaintext for the merge commit messages by removing images, markdown headers, and the test procedure that we write as part of our pull request templates. I'm pickier than average about my commits, though, so I totally recognize that this is a fringe use case!

Might be rare but we still want to add the ability to get the merge commits you want!
