CLI - when first pushing a PR, all the commits are put in the description. is there a way to do that later, after editing a PR when more commits have come in?

Hmm, I like this idea, I've been thinking a lot about the way submit/update interact with PR descriptions recently — I'm not sure exactly what the UX would be, but I'll factor this into the work here!
