hey all, should autocomplete work on git bash on windows?

Yes I've been trying to get auto-complete to work inside of git bash on windows. The console seems to flash a bit, but it doesn't auto-complete when entering commands and hitting tab. (Maybe unrelated) The cursor also doesn't appear to work for going back and forth between options when in git bash either
