@Ben Jaffe we’re doing a phased rollout here. For now you’ll still be able to submit your stacks - this is a prompt but not a hard blocker.

Ahh, false alarm, I'm sorry. I was getting no-ops when I expected changes to be submitted, and thought the warning was blocking those changes.

@Carissa Jansen Just wanted to confirm if I understand the phased rollout of this right. Before Aug 7 we will see warnings in the CLI & UI, but there will be no active restrictions. Starting from Aug 7 if we stay on the free tier - the limits will kick in?
