We’re only considering a user to be active if they create, review, or merge a PR with Graphite in a given month - just clicking a link/viewing a PR in Graphite without interacting with it wouldn’t count you as an active user.

How can we see the number of active users we currently have in the org?

Can you try updating the repo selector to correctly select the repos you want data for? The repo you have selected doesn't seem to exist for us.
