`branch-3` in this case is the one that is not being included

that's strange, could you check if `branch-3` has a commit that is not in `branch-2`?

so is there any diff between HEAD(branch-3) and HEAD(branch-2)

It looks like `branch-3` is one commit ahead of `branch-2`, which is the work I added onto it
