has anyone else experienced this (and how do I fix it) I just ran

gt branch create -a -m "new branch"

and then

gt stack submit

and it timed out

We will dig into to why this happened. But you should be able to safely rerun

gt stack submit

. The second run will update any needed metadata if it was missing from the failure or just do nothing if the first run (with the failure) was able to update everything.
