How does the Graphite CLI find the PR associated with a branch? I ended up merging a PR and opening a new one for the same branch (long story), and Graphite keeps telling me that the old one was merged and I should create a new one.

It turns out that viewing the new PR in the Graphite UI fixed this and pointed the CLI to the new PR. I thought the source of truth was local and not on the Graphite servers, but I guess I was wrong.
