if i poke someone, will they get a slack message from graphite regardless of their settings? or how does it work?

cc @Brendan Ngo

They will only get a slack message if they have poke notifications enabled in their notification settings. Otherwise they just show up in the user's notification tray. Though you can only poke back from slack👀

I don't see any poke settings in my notification settings, should I?

Oops we missed that as part of roll out, it's going out now!
