Statically compile all the Groovy things! Just released Enterprise Groovy Gradle Plugin 1.0: https://virtualdogbert.github.io/enterprise-groovy-plugin/ Realistically this isn't for everybody. I still prefer dynamic compilation by default, and adding static compilation where it makes sense. However the biggest complaints I see about Groovy is that it's a Dynamic language, or once they realize that it doesn't have static compilation, it's dismissed at being bolted on. So the hope is that this plugin will help fill the void, for people that want static compilation by default, and want "enterprise" like enforcement.
