I know that it's correct . I was just wondering if there was a particular reason it hasn't been forwarded to say 4.x. I have a plugin developed for Gradle 4.4 api won't work when using

grails

or

./grailsw

commands even if the wrapper is forwarded to 4.4.

./gradlew

commands work though.
