I have checked the compability documentation: There are no more details. I assume we have to put
```--enable-native-access=ALL-UNNAMED```
somewhere?

Can you guys fix network resource allocation issues on your end? I've been trying to download relatively small sized Gradle dependencies since Wednesday and they can't finish downloading. This happened before and after the 9.1.0 staging release. The 9.1.0 version downloaded without issues, but previous versions cannot download. Can someone please look into this?
