You can also now generate sample Declarative Gradle builds via the interactive “gradle init” assistant, so it is now much easier to try Declarative Gradle. but what's the support for intellij Idea... it was added to android studio, vscode, and eclipse....

Initial support in IntelliJ IDEA will come soon. IntelliJ IDEA and Android Studio merge their changes both ways and the IDEA team is already working on integrating the related changes.
