I want to write some code that says:

• if any kotlin coroutines dependency is added to a configuration (group and module name matches: `org.jetbrains.kotlinx:kotlinx-coroutines-*`)
    ◦ then include the BOM as a dependency to that configuration as well
is this possible?

Why not always adding the BOM?
The BOM does only add version constraints, so if no lib from the BOM is used, it does not really do anything.

Other than that, `withDependencies` is the point right before dependency resolution where you can for example check which dependencies are present and add last-minute ones, so probably what you asked for.
