Oh thanks. But still strange, what's the point of the attributesSchema and its compatibilityRules if you have to deal with the artifacts?

If the ones you want to exclude are all failing, you can set

lenient(true)

on an artifactView. Then Gradle will give you everything that does not fail. (Note that this will also swallow "other" resolution errors)
