It is executed when the respective configuration is resolved. This can be at configuration time, at configuration-cache entry store time, at execution time, ... What do you actually try to achieve? This kind of collecting cannot work. Even if the configurations would be resolved at configuration time. You register a lambda that is executed when a dependency is resolved and then immediately try to access the aggregated result.
