google sheet or notebook of what is in which box

we're moving in a week - just down the street though

• done is better than perfect, dont pressure yourself to declutter or organize if there's no time
• just commit to packing for 5 minutes a day  - a strategy to combat feeling overwhelmed

This is a lot of information, thanks! Regarding a google sheet or notebook - what benefit does that have over just writing on the box itself?

do both - write a number / brief note on the box and keep a notebook or sheet wit the box number + what's in it
