Does anyone use a program to schedule minyanim at their local shul? I got half way through building something last year with quite a few features but didn't finish it off. Looking for assistance in completing it to a useful state.

Yes, I use python to generate an HTML schedule. It was cobbled together piecemeal, is an ongoing work in process, and is very customized for my Shul and use case, but it works well. I have dreams of one day generalizing it, but that's a 5 year plan lol
