i am not from the US but wondering about US salaries. Is $120k/year considered very high or average for a grad? I am thinking about remote work for a US company , but want to know where it fits on the scale in the US. And in case they would “match” to the equivalent in the UK I want to know where it stands

i mean in general. like if someone is earning 120/year is that considered low? or good? in the UK most starting salaries for jobs like teaching/admin are 19-24k. for a grad lawyer they are like 50k. so i guess what are the equivalents of those in the US?

The US is too big to have this conversation… We have some cities where a house costs 200k and in others its 10m. There isn’t one answer to this question. A nurse in baltimore could make $20 an hour that would make $50 an hour in NYC
