Is there a DIY tutorial on running your financial numbers through a monte carlos. Like how to figure out based on current savings and investments and monthly savings how much you really need to save for future expenses like weddings. To check if your numbers are working or how much more you need to save each month. I find this link posted in other conversations confusing, but would like to try to run it accurately myself. https://www.portfoliovisualizer.com/financial-goals

Would people be interested in a live walkthrough of running their own Monte Carlo? I can schedule a session for everyone if there is demand.

(the frum.finance board is working on getting us access to custom software that is much better than the one you linked that we can offer people)
Great question btw! It can be pretty confusing.

New software coming soon because this one ended up being far too complicated for the community. Stay tuned! We are purchasing something big.
We did it!! https://frum.finance/planning We have our own planning software for everyone to use for Monte Carlo simulations and a lot more! investment viewing, insurance management, debt analysis, and a lot more. Create your free account today and enjoy it. Send me any questions you have. The more you enjoy it, the more I feel better for having frum.finance spend so much money on it šŸ˜„
