(re : and what does confirmed mean then?) Pending - It's in mempool and has not been mined yet. Executed - It's been mined Confirmed - X (72??) blocks later it's deemed confirmed. Executed and confirmed is the same from a blockchain perspective, but some CEX won't let you withdraw until it's been a x blocks after tx was executed. Think of it as a settled tx in the traditional financing. For Dex/dapps, it doesn't matter, executed is confirmed and settled.
