The followers on the ETC/Ergo account are inactive anyway. Ergo's post impressions are nothing to what it should be at 600k "real" followers. It's still a 10k followers account with a 600k taped on top

Every new follower gets 0.1 erg, or 1 erg who knows, depending on the size of the raffle

I think the issue here, if I may be so bold, is that it wasn't a community decision. If we had this discussion front-side, we might have mitigated much of this drama. Now, it's a question of what to do, right now, given the situation as it is. I don't know the answer to that. A curiosity question though: do you think the taking over the account has driven visibility for Ergo and was a net positive?

@Armeanio off topic, slightly. when people ask for "wen cex" and "wen marketing", point them in the direction of a donation pool that'll be used to fund buying the way in to cexes. i'm too much of an npc to perform such a duty

Yeah that would be the best use of the 600k account, something that pushes pow education, fat checks wrong articles, posts interesting metrics and developments, etc..

The other option is just give it back to them and go to back to the old ergo platform account

And listen, I'm only making a deal out of this because i LOVE ergo so much and what it stands for. And I obviously feel strong enough to draw my line in the sand
