They can't with Rosen as I understand. Spectrum plans to implement native swaps (no wrapping), but it's very early in development.

Btc <> cardano is possible without wrapping on ergo, rosen acts as backend tracking the multisig wallets and is kind of a traffic controller for each chain. It doesnt require btc > erg > ada

Cardano to ergo: ADA > rADA, then can swap wrapped ada with whatever liquidity pools for rADA are created on spectrum Ergo to Cardano: ERG > rERG, then can swap wrapped erg using liquidity pools on minswap, sundaeswap etc. using an rERG/ADA pool for example Bitcoin to ergo would be: BTC > rBTC on ergo, same as above with rADA Bitcoin to Cardano would be similar to rBTC on ergo, but it would be a different asset because of different chains And as bitcoin doesnt have native tokens i dont think you could bridge anything to btc

You have to understand how it works for it to make sense. All of the computing for wrapping and security verification happens with ergo smart contracts. It doesnt matter which chain is being bridged to. If there are multisig wallets connected to the rosen network, they could transact with each other on different chains even if not bridging ergo directly because all of the computing for the rosen bridging is happens on ergo and not each of those chains. Ergo is like smart contract brain for all the different chain multisig wallets
