The only thing escrow requires is knowing what you are buying. The other limitations is it is in Erg only and it isn't a single tx.

For exa.ple, I've bought Ergopad keys through Escrow, verified them using the Ergopad verification to and did the transaction. I didn't know the people selling the vesting key.

Not sure if the Eip was passed or not , haven't ask him about that

If "known buyer" means you need the address you are selling it to, then sure you are correct.

But, you could have a discord channel work as a market place.

This is the thing I dont want , I want it to be open market place for everyone ...

Also, no real reason you couldn't remove the buyer constraint. As qx() pointed out, you could use sigmafi in this way, if you wanted an open ended order for any address.
