It's possible to write a Lance dataset with stable_row_ids (<https://lance.org/format/table/row_id_lineage/#stable-row-id_1|reference>)?

`write_lance` accepts kwargs to pass to the underlying lance writer.

Once Lance releases v3.0.0-beta3 for PR5908, the dependency on lance would need to be updated as well in daft. I'd recommend writing an issue to update the lance dependency in daft.
