the jar was recently changed. from 
opentelemetry-javaagent-all.jar

opentelemetry-javaagent.jar

when I run 
docker run linkedin/datahub-gms:v0.9.5 cat /datahub/datahub-gms/scripts/start.sh
it looks good to me
are you seeing this when the new pod comes up?
