Hey guys, I have a question regarding view policy. We want a group of users to only see all assets that are assigned to a specific domain. Meaning: If they login they will only see the 1 domain and the related assets in the UI (also in overview page, search etc.). Is this possible?

So today, no this is not possible. Is there for usability for that group of users or for restricting access strictly for them?

Going forward, we will be recommending that Views are used for tailoring the search experience for a user / group of users. But its not strict access control, more for hiding the noise

View based policies are fairly primitive. There are sometimes still ways to see the entity referentially (e.g. in a list), but when you click you'll be denied view access

thanks a lot for the quick reply, John ! In our case there is sensitive data (including asset names) that should be denied from other users.
Is the “View” functionality you described already available?
