Hi everyone!😊 When I add a term to a field in my dataset’s schema, this term only appears in the editableSchema object ... is there any way for it to directly modify the schemaMetadata object and appear there? Thanks!

Hi & thanks for the question! We currently keep those 2 separate so as to avoid conflicting writes since many people ingest static terms from the Ingestion framework as well. The only way to edit the schema metadata object itself is via ingestion... What do you have in mind?

Hi @big-carpet-38439, thanks for your answer, I get it now 🙂 I have a table where my data object is schemaMetadata.fields, after adding a term to a specific field I called the api again to refresh the table, but the object was the same, only editableSchema changed. I can figure it out, I really just wanted to understand how it works. Thanks again
