    what is the suggested method to segment notifications by organization? For example, if we have "Billing" and "Metric" preferences, User A should only get noitifcations for Organization A Metrics while User B should only get Metrics for Organization B

    Seeing a lot of our courier messages end up in customer/client Spam. Not seeing much in terms of what can be done to control/adjust for anything that might be causing that in the Courier UI.

    @russ-cribl I'll ask our support team to reach out to you to dig in. usually this is misconfiguration of various DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) for your underlying email service provider and shouldn't be related to Courier, but we're still happy to try and assist!

There are many factors that could affect your transactional emails going into spam like your email list health to your authentication status. Troy may have hit the nail on the head with this one - A potential reason for emails going into spam is email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, & BIMI). Inbox providers trust authenticated mail more than unauthenticated mail, and are more likely to deliver those messages straight into the inbox. These authentications are the responsibility of the individual sender, but if you already use SendGrid for SMTP, they have tools to test your email against spam filters: https://sendgrid.com/solutions/email-marketing/email-testing/ SendGrid made a handy guide to help you make sure your emails stay out of spam (email authentication is #3): https://sendgrid.com/blog/10-tips-to-keep-email-out-of-the-spam-folder/#authenticate I hope that clears up some of the questions you had, and please do not hesitate to reach out to us again!

    Is it possible to send push notifications (courier push) to more than 1 recipient (i,e with list or audience)? i tried to send it to a list but still get Unroutable status with following message: { "reason": "No Valid Delivery Channel", "type": "NO_CHANNELS" }

    Hi @thereaper1995 The Courier SES/SNS integrations had a partial outage Tuesday night/Wednesday morning affecting customers due to a bug introduced. Our engineering team caught this bug, and we've since shipped out a fix that should resolve the issue πŸ˜ƒ

    1. This block is from the Delivery confirmed event summary. Does
    "event": "failed"
    means the delivery was unsuccessful? 2. The message was saying
    Sender address rejected
    . Is the problem on the sender side?

    Hi @wliu , The error message is pointing out that the sender address is rejected because the domain was not found. Do the notification logs indicate that it was sent?

    My suspicion is the message
    4.1.8 <bounce+a2f43a.a813e8-{redacted}={recipient-domain}.com@mail.{our-domain}.com>: Sender address rejected: Domain not found
    was issued from the recipient side, meaning our domain is not whitelisted from their email server.
