Anyone have some great examples of guides about getting buy-in to buy your product/service? • “How to Build a Business Case for Buying [your type of product]” • “How to Get Board Approval for [investing in your service]” • etc. A lot of our prospects run up against budget and stakeholder buy-in issues, and we want to give them some solid tools to get the buy-in they need. Would love to see how others have done this successfully!

This is interesting. I often write a narrative to get buy in from key stakeholders. This is where I can tell a story but still demonstrate why it logically makes sense for the business to invest in something. For context, I'm a project manager at Finder by day. At any one time we have three or four narratives circulating.

@big-flag-47024 the closest I've seen are pre-written business cases E.g.: https://www.akamai.com/resources/white-paper/the-business-case-for-single-customer-view-white-paper

Not sure if this quite what you're looking for, but there's good content in the cybersecurity space along the lines of "How to Get Board Buy-In for Your Cyber Strategy". Here's an example if you're a Shark Tank fan 😀 https://www.herjavecgroup.com/cyber-ceo-how-to-get-executive-and-board-level-buy-in-for-cybersecurity/

this asset performed quite well at my previous company: https://resources.wildapricot.com/presentation-to-the-board for context, we were self service and didn't have a sales team, but prospects could download this and use it to be their own sales team
