Has anyone ever launched a really successful referral/partner (NOT whitelabel) program? As we look to the future for Case Study Buddy, we know it'll be valuable to be intentional about curating partners; curious about the experiences of others here. What would you do differently if you were doing it again? Any advice?

I am super interested to see what other people share here. One of my informal referral partners is setting something up now where she kicks back 10% of the monthly services to the person referring her. With some of my products that have been so-so with referral partner success, the hardest part has been keeping referral partners engaged.

You might find this helpful. Formstack launched its partner program about three years ago and has found great success. Our is mostly focused on consulting partners who use our products with their clients, but I think the info here is relevant across any type of partner program.
