I think the difference is being assigned work as a junior vs owning the content you produce as a manager.

08/05/2022, 3:53 PMI think you could start by just pitching article ideas and ideas for other content to your boss, explaining why this content is needed right now. Continue that for awhile, then tell them you want to take a stab at making an editorial calendar or social calendar or whatever (but only one) for the week/month, then if that goes well, the full content calendar.
