One clarification as i look into this: when you say you have received an event from some trigger, what does that mean? is it that you have seen logs from them on the dashboard or do you have a webhook endpoint configured? i think there is no endpoint that you have configured. from the list you shared, i can see that gmail triggers are all processing correctly on our end and finding events to deliver but there's no channel to deliver to.

what do you mean there is no channel to deliver to? I have a webhook endpoint configured that is functioning perfectly fine for many configured triggers. I included my project details above so you should see the wbehook configured at the project level

fyi, I checked the trigger ID you sent me and it didn't have any new events coming after 23rd of January (the account must have gone inactive). They also didn't have any tools that they executed after the 23rd. I also went through a bunch of other trigger instances from your sheet and none of them have any events that were not delivered.
