Has anyone here thrown a mid-sized conference (i.e. 500-1000 attendees, multiple days)? If so, how did you think through choosing a city / venue, selecting speakers, and getting sponsors? My community has been mainly virtual but we're experimenting with in-person formats. After a couple of small half-day conferences that were relatively successful, we're trying to learn how to scale up
