yeah since we have a custom scp implementation it's probably a bug in that

I don't know much about the internal of coder but I know that Fleet doesn't like it. Fortunately, I have asked here before opening an issue on Jetbrain

yeah if something doesn't work in coder but works on regular ol' computers it's definitely best to ask here first 👍

we have a custom SSH stack to avoid depending on openssh so it's a problem with that

Using subdomains for coder apps is currently not working is this correct?

In the terraform option for the coder_app you can set subdomain=true but it doesn‘t seem to work 😦

the "coder_parameter" in terraform have been pushed on the terraform provider but not on the app itself 😭

it should work in the latest release as long as you set

--wildcard-access-url

on coder

to something like

*.coder.domain.com

Is anyone using coder for outside of a work environment? I'm currently using an old workstation as a dev server and am looking for something faster. I'm rather new to the cloud paradigm and am unsure of the average cost for development using coder. Any insights would be great

I did set the access url. But it doesn’t seem to work 😦 I get a „404 - Application not found“ page when I press the apps button in the workspace page

I've used it for personal use, it's not bad since you have pretty good customizability with Terraform. You don't need to use it in a cloud environment either, you can run it on that old workstation if you want, with Docker or Proxmox or theoretically anything else Terraform supports.

Would I be able to use it fround around 25-30 a month doing around ~8 hours a day
