What do you mean by HTTP access? Making a bucket public/attaching a custom domain gives you (unauthenticated) HTTP read-only access if that’s what you want?

Oh, I presume you have a good reason to do that, but yeah you’d have to use a separate service to do that, either a Worker or anything else that can act as a proxy to R2.

Just set up a new CF R2 Api tokens and  when running through Postman collection i am getting the above error.
