    once cached it seems to be capping at 2.5MB/s, what is more interesting that once I turned on Cloudflare Warp the speed jumped to 20MB/s When I tried other VPN providers from different locations the performance is once again crippled

    Doesn't sound like a throttle if going on a VPN resolves it. You're saying the top is a custom domain, whereas the bottom is r2.dev? Out of curiosity, can you share the link? That file is too big to be cache for non-enterprise, maybe related, but don't think it should be that slow regardless nvm, there's no cache on r2.dev either, so shouldn't be related

    maybe, it looks like the r2.dev links have Enterprise IPs/routing. If you go to https://test.r2.dev/cdn-cgi/trace and look for

    vs https://dd.vace.eu/cdn-cgi/trace, do you hit different colos?

    could be entirely different routing though/congestion, just an idea though. Even on the video you linked, when you refresh a few times so it's in edge cache, it still downloads that slowly?

    yeah, its usualy 1MB/s, then randomly goes to 2.5MB and not more on r2.dev I get max since my plan is 200mbps
