You can use that to see if it's an issue with being unable to reach your origin IP but you can't really fix it with that information, only identify if it's an upstream issue or not.

It's generally allowed to build on top of cloudflare applications by creating zones (e.g. the clients websites) via API automated in one cloudflare account and then on top build applications with workers etc ? I'm looking to proxy their web traffic, not an SaaS of me myself to serve with one CNAME etc.

@tariq.bashir isn't this a problem with your Origin Server?

Nope. It was working for all other data centres except Singapoe.

Yes, automating zone creation on behalf of others is fine - keep in mind zone plans are per zone so if you want them to be not be free zones youll have to pay for each zone individually

Subscribing to Enterprise does not magically fix 520 errors unfortunately, not sure where you got that impression from. But it does let you contact Enterprise Support and we can then try our best to work with you on it

I know. I'm just stating what I got from my boss. Anyway, is there a solution to resolve any such issues in the future? Such as datacenter failover or something from our side.

    You could try https://developers.cloudflare.com/load-balancing/

    which would allow failover

I'm sorry but they are deployed. The issue was that our servers were working from all over the world except for these regions.

I would recommend talking to your account team or contacting Enterprise Support - they would know better about your situation and how to look into mitigating it than a volunteer community would

Automating a process for your customer vs selling it as your own service are different things. (if in doubt, talk to your lawyer)

I'm generally looking into advanced techniques for web performance basically. Maybe even security. I wouldn't mind probably to hand out information that we have a base infrastructure on cloudflare and on top we have own things build with workers etc. Does that make sense?

Hey, maybe I'm imagining this, is there a CF link that that lists all the products and I can select a product to see its latest developments / changelog? I'm pretty sure I've came across this before but can't seem to find it.

Some products have changelogs, like Workers, Pages or DDoS rulesets, but not everything

With all the blog posts, it would be good if they grouped/tag/categorised this to be found easily.

It would be a great idea (Heroku has a unified product update feed and it’s very helpful)
