Ok so just to recap: It was actually am just east coast, and the agent didn't realize and so it misdirected and said the mistake was PM?

Looks like the activity was actually at 6am and its a timezone mixup. Probably same as Cheung family confused by 3am timezone mix-up

Solution ideas: • Send them copies of Amazing Generation • Get them a dinner res in DC + pay for babysitter • Royce 1:1 call to assess problem & also get to know them (maybe can get some intel on how to better be unreasonably hospitable) • Some idea related to larger family
