I think we in general don't have a way to handle being asked about an app we haven't seen yet

We haven't seen the app or the website “simply draw” or “simply sing”, so there's no activity for it to find with the lookup tool.

I think the fix here is to add some route that the agent can search the App Store catalog, and then create the activity record if it can't match it to an activity we already have in our database

These utilities exist in the alias consolidation agent, shouldn't be too hard to port
