I would be VERY careful about anyone asking for an I9 when submitting a resume. I mean, if you want to give out your full social security number and date of birth to someone who says they have a job, you do you boo. But for me, that's a big red flag of a scam. Don't do something stupid because you need a job. The results are not worth it.
