Running 5.4.5.23 on windows, tomcat 9.0.83 - and on an intermittent basis I end up with a ghost instance of the cfscheduler running after a service restart. IOW the scheduler instance survives the Lucee admin restart command. A reboot will fix it; not sure yet if a full tomcat service restart will fix it or not. Clear from IIS logs that under normal circumstances, my cfschedule jobs run once an hour, then after the admin restart, they start showing up twice and interfering with each other and kick out various errors as they war over the same queries and file operations.
