Quick question for @micha - any reason in 5.4.4 that createDynamicProxy would fail only when the interface list contains interfaces from "javax.servlet.*"? The generated wrapper contains the correct constructor, but lucee throws a NoSuchMethodException when trying to create an instance of the generated wrapper.

I'd recommend posting on dev.lucee.org. I've had much better luck communicating with him there. He's a busy guy and I don't think pays much attention to Slack.
