Posted about this issue a couple of weeks back, if anyone running CF2023 with Solr on Ubuntu can check for this please: https://tracker.adobe.com/#/view/CF-4220122 If adding a collection to test it can be added from the administrator and left empty, no need to populate it. Also there seems to be a bug on the bug tracker at the moment, there's a 500 Internal Server Error from the attachment section which is preventing votes and confirmation when submitting bugs, noticed after submitting the above bug twice.
