people directly for help. There's been a bit of an upswing of this recently. People volunteer their time here, and are generally happy to help others, but that's their decision to make, not the person soliciting the help. If someone chooses to help you? They will. If they don't want to / can't? That's their decision and that is fine. The best way to get good help is take the time to ask a well-formed question... it makes it easier for people to understand what's being asked, and whether they know how to help. If anyone DMs you for help directly without your consent, please feel welcome to ping one of the admins and we'll follow-up.
